Does Hitting and running over the pavement is a crime?

I met with a small accident, my car got skid and I over corrected to come out of the skid this made me hit pavement. Lucky enough that no one was injured. After the accident I just got back into road and left the place. Now I am worried that does it come under hit and run? I would appreciate if anyone can help me clear my question. By the way I am from Georgia, USA.
