Have you been unemployed for a long time now and feel like giving up?

My BF is losing his mind and I am very worried! He has been out of work for months and I have never seen him like this. He beats the pavement, sends resumes on line, etc but nothing is happening. This is a man who has always worked steadily for over 25 years...how are you coping?
